 William Brown, M.D. joined the faculty with his wife Angela Thomas, M.D. in January, 2006.
He graduated from Baylor College of Medicine in 1994, and completed his family medicine training at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. After this he and his wife did full spectrum family medicine in the rural settings of Mexia, Texas and Orofino, Idaho. He returned to Texas and the Conroe program because of his desire to teach and be closer to family.
Dr. Brown particularly enjoys inpatient medicine and is the Director of Inpatient Medicine Services for the residency.
He has three boys 14, 10 and 4 who take up most of his time outside of medicine and in whom he takes great joy.
