SCHEDULE OF HOURLY EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
(For All Non-Exempt Full-time Employed Staff)

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) 15 Days first year, accrued bi-weekly.
  • Holiday Pay 8 Days per year. (New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Friday after, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day )
  • 401K 100% vested immediately.
  • Employee Health Insurance (Premiums paid 100% by Employer) Optional Dependent coverage at discounted rate. (Premiums paid by employee)
  • Employee Dental Insurance (Premiums paid 100% by Employer) Optional Dependent coverage at discounted rate. (Premiums paid by employee)
  • Employee Vision Insurance (Premiums paid 100% by Employer) Optional Dependent coverage at discounted rate. (Premium paid by employee)
  • Employee Short-Term Disability Insurance (Premiums paid 100% by Employer) Begins on the 14th day of disability. Primary weekly benefit is equal to 60% of earnings before becoming disabled, but will not exceed $2,000. Eligible to receive STD benefits for 24 weeks after the benefit payment period begins.
  • Employee Long-Term Disability Insurance (Premiums paid 100% by Employer) Begins after you have been disabled for 180 days. Primary monthly benefit is equal to 50% of your earnings before becoming disabled, but will not exceed $5,000 per month.
  • Group Term Life Insurance (Premiums paid by Employer) Coverage 100% annual salary Minimum $15,000 Maximum $100,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment
  • Additional Voluntary Term Life (Up to $150,00) (Premiums paid by employee)
